AMOA cuts jobs, salaries Jun 6, 2009
In response to a drop in its operating budget and the tough economy, the Austin Museum of Art has cut jobs, restructured staff and reduced benefits. AMOA executive director Dana Friis-Hansen said the museum s operating budget has been reduced 10 percent from 2008 in anticipation of lower revenues from admissions, events and fundraising.
